Currently, we are only able to ship to the UK, but hope to roll out to more countries sooner.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any ASCEND : elevated skincare.
We do not currently offer refunds for ASCEND : elevated skincare products.
EXCHANGING DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please get in touch as we can arrange for a replacement.
It is important that you inform us of any damaged package within 48 hours of tracked delivery, including photographic documentation of the damage. You can do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then send you a confirmation email, and arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.
